This is my favorite afternoon pick me up! This banoffee smoothie is sweet and filling and hits the spot mid-afternoon when you need a little boost.
You can add a scoop of plant-based protein powder to it to turn it into a breakfast smoothie too.
3 Medjool dates
2 cups almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs almond butter
Pinch salt
- Blend in high-speed blender until smooth and enjoy.
