There is a lot of noise about what diet is best, what foods to avoid, and which superfoods to eat. I am here to tell you that most of that noise is just that, noise. 

I believe that everyone should have the education about food and nutrition to make great choices for themselves based on science, not fads.

I will help you to make choices about food based on what you enjoy, what makes you feel good and what your body needs.

• How to optimise your fibre intake to support gut health and keep you full
• How to increase energy and support hormonal health with blood sugar regulation
• How to prevent key deficiencies through improved dietary intake
• How to make quick meals + lots of take home resources to help you do this
• How to read and understand food labels
• How to manage hunger
• How to meal plan, shop and cook in a way that saves time and money
• Which supplements might be needed for you and how to test this through your GP

 
I will finish the webinar off with a Q+A session, you can anonymously ask your burning questions or send them in before-hand.
