I am very grateful to have two powerhouse women helping me behind the scenes  here at WBJ. Both Tayla and Loren bring such a wealth of knowledge and help to make your experience with WBJ that much better.

Tayla Morris

Tayla has been working part-time behind the scenes for Wellness By Jessica for the past few months.

Tayla is a nutritionist and a nurse and has a strong passion for utilising both fields of knowledge to prevent and treat illness and reach optimal health. She strongly admires the passion and knowledge Jessica puts into each and every one of her clients and loves everything that Wellness By Jessica stands for.

We're delighted to have her on the team and look forward to Tayla continuing her journey in the Wellness By Jessica team.

Loren Tomlinson

Loren is the newest edition to our Wellness By Jessica team. She is a recent marketing graduate and is working behind-the-scenes as our WBJ Virtual Assistant.

Combining her love of meditation and mindfulness, Loren is continuing her studies to become a Life Coach. She has a passion for all things health and wellness and admires the work Jessica puts in to get the best possible results from her clients.

Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea is the scientific name to describe a loss of period caused by some form of stress that affects the hypothalamus of the brain.  There are all sorts of different stresses that can cause Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, HA for short.
