Kristy Jordan (BSc Nutrition + Sports Science) is a degree qualified nutritionist with the added degree of sports science. Kristy has a keen interest in gut and hormone health and loves to provide the knowledge and tools to allow you to take charge of your life and live your best healthiest life possible.

Yes, absolutely! All of the live sessions will be available for you to watch at any time, or rewatch if you like.
Can anyone join, or is this just for women who still have periods?
No, this course is for everyone! Women and men of any age are welcome.
Will this course cover childrens nutrition?
No it won’t, we will talk about family meals, but not child specific food changes.
